Everything! Honestly, this was quite possibly the best hotel/inn I've ever stayed in. Perfect location (above a bar in the heart of Dublin), the kindest staff, the cleanest rooms, an excellent bathroom (especially for Europe), and an overall friendly vibe. I was so impressed that I immediately called my grandparents and told them they MUST stay there on their next trip.
Absolutely nothing - it was perfect.

The triple room, though it didn't look great in photos, was actually neat and stylish for a good price. the location is fantastic for exploring the bustling area, with close proximity to the Guinness Storehouse, historical pubs, and the top attractions in Dublin.

The hotel was easy to find and the bar was brilliant. The staff were all friendly and the room was very clean.
It was a bit noisy because of the location

Fantastic location if you want to be in the centre of the nightlight of Dublin and within easy walking distance of shopping centres. Food in the pub downstairs is excellent and staff very friendly.
Do not stay here if you want to go to bed early as Temple Bar does not go quiet till about 3.00 am. Only concern about this hotel was that when we arrived they did not have our booking and said that we could only stay one night. They then managed to accommodate us for our whole stay so recommend that you check direct with the hotel that they have your booking.

The room decor was cool, very modern. The room also had a great view of the street. The bartender/hotel staff went completely out of his way to help us too.

The staff went out of their way to accommodate us. They even worked with other hotels in the area. Very friendly and appreciating of us staying their. The location was the best spot for theTemple Bar area. The prices were very good and the quality of room we stayed in was extremely good with awesome showers. Deklen and Billy were oustanding host. Really made me feel at home. The music and food downstairs was outstanding. A great place to hang out during the day and evening hours.

Really nice, modern rooms with lots of space. Team was really impressed and had that wow factor. Lots of smiley faces from the team - we booked all 5 rooms. There's some street noise but you don't come here to catch up on sleep.
A few dubious people hanging around the hotel side entrance - but no issues.

I truly enjoyed the hotel, it's charming old and picturesque and the location is incredible to be in the heart of the Temple Bar district. The staff was superfriendly and accommodating and delivered excellent service. Location: the venue was just next door to all the attractions including the must see Guinness Storehouse as well as all the pubs. Having different good drinks in the Irish bar was a very nice touch. I came here for 2 nights and had a good stay.
